Requirements:
Minimum two-years restaurant management experience, preferably in high-volume
Excellent organizational skills
Hands-on experience with inventory
Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations—ServSafe certified
Excellent communication skills and conflict management skills
Availability
Sustainably maneuver on one’s feet
Willing to meet operational standards
Possess a work ethic and provide leadership for the team
Detail-oriented and capable of accomplishing simultaneous tasks
A passion for serving people
Expectations and duties:
Recruit, hire, and develop staff
Schedule staff to optimize shift execution and payroll budgeting
Purchase and maintain inventory levels for all products
Control cost(s) through recipe adherence, portion and inventory control
Ensure company sanitation standards are met
Maintain functionality of equipment
Oversee restaurant operation; maintain quality control in the BOH
Promote sales growth via positive customer interaction(s)
Open and close restaurant without a direct supervisor present
